Stop Light Lunch



We had a little fun with our lunch yesterday.

Stop light celery sticks.

Ingredients:
celery
chunks of green pepper
chunks of red pepper
chunks of yellow pepper
cream cheese

Stop light wraps

Ingredients:
Avocado
Italian salad dressing
Diced cherry tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Tortillas

Mix the avocado with the Italian salad dressing.
Arrange the avocado, tomato and cheese on the tortillas.

Traffic light fruit



Choose your green red and yellow fruit. Arrange on toothpicks. For a special treat serve with melted chocolate for dipping (it's also a good way to use up those left over chocolate Easter bunnies.)
