On the menu:
- Bug Juice
- Roast Beef Sandwiches with Honey-Mustard Sauce
- Veggies with sour cream dip
- Frozen Blueberry yogurt
Bug juice |
Ingredients:
- Ginger ale
- Berry punch (oasis)
- Maraschino cherries
- Lemon juice
- Combine all juices and ginger ale in a container with a lidadd the cherries (bugs)
Frozen Blueberry Yogurt
Ingredients:- Vanilla yogurt
- Frozen blueberries
- Place yogurt in a container with a lid, top with blueberries, cover and freeze until ready to go.
Roast Beef Sandwiches with Honey-Mustard Sauce |
Ingredients:
- Buns
- Roast beef
- Tomato
- Dijon mustard
- Honey
- White wine vinegar
- Canola oil
Directions:
- Mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, vinegar and canola oil
- Cut the buns in half length wise, spread the sauce on both sides of the bun
- Pile on the roast beef and tomato
Veggies and Cucumber sour cream dip |
- Carrot sticks
- Red bell pepper strips
- Cucumber
- Sour cream
- Chopped chives and parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grate cucumber, place in strainer and press out excess liquid
- Combine sour cream, cucumber, chives, parsley and salt and pepper
- Transfer to a Tupperware container and keep in the cooler until ready to eat
