Fairy Garden Birthday Activity
This is a craft from our latest birthday party. Little Misses 5th birthday is this month and she asked for a 'very' (fairy) birthday party. We hoped for good weather and planned to have it outside. The craft that I knew I wanted to do with the kids was making a fairy garden. I bought metal flower pots, artificial flowers, flower foam and animal clips. I bought everything but the fairies at the Dollarstore, I might have gone a little overboard. I also gave the kids butterfly stickers and butterfly magnets to decorate the flower pots. What you need: Metal flower pots, one large and one smaller one for each guest Artificial flowers and greenery Dried moss Mini pin wheels Flower foam Clip-on birds, frogs or insects Garden fairies, one for each guest Hot glue What to do: Cut the foam to fit in each of the smaller metal pots.
